I met Bill at an open house in our neighborhood. I was impressed with how friendly and helpful he was in answering my questions. Shortly after meeting him we found a house we wanted to buy and decided to call Bill to give us a market evaluation of our existing home. We anticipated getting at least two market evaluations before making a decision. His presentation was very thorough and professional and we both decided that we didn’t need another agent to evaluate our home. One of Bill’s greatest qualities is his ability to really listen. I felt from the beginning that he would have our best interests at heart. Due to Bill’s efforts in marketing our home we had over 60 showings and after each showing Bill would contact the agent and ask how things went. During the escrow process he was on top of every detail and kept us constantly informed. I truly believe we were blessed to have Bill representing us. It was an emotional time to sell our home.
